Kraftvoll, harmonisch und typisch Südtirol: Holz und Vanille, feine Mandelnoten sowie klassische, grüne und markante Nuancen.

Inhalt

Grappa St. Magdalener – Monovitigno (41 % vol.)
Einwandfreie Trester der Sorten Vernatsch und Lagrein werden in wasserbadbeheizten Brennapparaten destilliert. Diese sortenreine Grappa trägt das Qualitätszeichen Südtirol und reift nach der Destillation mindestens 18 Monate in französischem Barrique aus Eichenholz.
Eigenschaften: Gehaltvoll und charakteristisch, mit ausgeprägten Holznoten sowie einem zarten Duft nach getrockneten Früchten und Vanille.

Grappa Classic (40 % vol.)
Diese Grappa wird durch Destillation von Trester auserlesener Weinsorten in kupfernen Brennblasen gewonnen.
Eigenschaften: Klassischer Grappa-Stil mit ehrlichem, markanten Charakter und angenehm grünen Noten.

Grappa Barrique Classic (40 % vol.)
Grappa aus der Destillation von Trestern in kontinuierlicher Anlage und Brennblasen aus Kupfer. Nach einer Reifung von einem Jahr wird die Grappa für weitere zwölf Monate in Barriquefässern aus französischer Eiche veredelt.
Eigenschaften: Gehaltvoll und charakteristisch, harmonisch abgerundet. Das Geruchsprofil wird geprägt durch Mandel- und Vanillenoten.

I wear them at home and to locations that I will not be doing a lot of walking at. I have washed them so many times and they look like new still.
