DESCRIPTION
AUTOTRIZ 3D Matrix Coating Booster helps protect your paint by sealing the surface with a micro-thin layer of protection infused with Polysilazane nanotechnology.
It revitalizes the surface of the nano ceramic coating with a silky smooth finish and super hydrophobic effects which helps resist debris, contaminants and scratches, while making easy cleaning surface.

APPLICATION
3D Matrix Coating Booster is particularly suitable for car painted surfaces, such as one (1K) or two component (2K) paints (polyurethane or epoxy systems), plastic & trims, glass, wheels, chrome, stainless steel surface.. The preferred use is for the exterior paint of cars, motorbikes, trucks, and buses. It can be used on top of any coated surface as a top up layer
TOOLS
3D Matrix Coating Booster can be applied directly with the trigger sprayer provided. The product is also suitable for spray application.
Spray application:
Process: HVLP-compressed air
Spray gun: e.g. SATA minijet HVLP
Working pressure: ca. 2 – 3 bar
Nozzles: 0.8 – 1.3 mm
The spray gun can be cleaned with n-butyl acetate, for example.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The product is for professional use and should be applied by approved applicators only. Test on a small area or apply a test coat before application.
APPLICATION OF V1 3D MATRIX COATING BOOSTER
Shake well before use.
Get ready with 2 pieces of brand new, lint-free microfiber towel. (It is recommended that new towels to be rinsed or washed with water prior to use to reduce the loosing lint)
It is recommended to do a 2 ft. x 4 ft. area or 4 ft. x 4 ft. at a time.
Spray on V1 3D Matrix Coating Booster on surface.
Wait for 30 seconds (time is vary from different countries and different season depending on temperature or humidity, ask distributors for recommendation), use first towel to remove the product.
Go immediately over with second microfiber towel with polishing motion until the surface is free from residue.
When the whole car is applied, allow curing of 1-2 hours.
INSPECTION LIGHTING SYSTEM
Lighting is utmost important during application of coating to paint. Spot Light like Scangrip is a good lighting system to inspect paint defects during polishing but in fact it is NOT RECOMMENDED to use to check the reside of coating left on paint. The suitable lighting system is Diffused Light.
PROCESSING & CURING
Product must be applied at an ambient temperature of at least + 5°C and a relative humidity of 30 % - 80 %. Avoid direct sunlight! Apply the coating in dry conditions. Any mistakes can be rectified within approx. 5 min of application. Traces of water in the applicator should also be avoided. Applicators dampened with water should not be used. 3D Matrix Coating Booster is dry-to-touch after about one hour.
The recommended curing conditions (until water resistant) are:
- Room temperature: 1-2 hours
- 80 °C (Infra-red curing): 30 minutes
The 3D Matrix coating Booster is fully effective after 1-2 hours curing at room temperature. During this time, the vehicles should not be driven into a vehicle wash.
