CLAUDIO RONCO – EMANUELA VOZZA

on period instruments

Brought to London by the great Italian virtuosos, the cello enjoyed a period of extraordinary splendor around the mid-eighteenth century, thanks to the blossoming of a new music market fueled not only by the nobility but also by the emerging bourgeoisie. The cello quickly became a local treasure, and the first national virtuosos appeared on the scene, such as the celebrated John Crosdill and Robert Lindley. In this new publication, Claudio Ronco and Emanuela Vozza offer a broad overview of European cello production dedicated to the British public, including chamber works that until now have remained largely unseen on library shelves.

Stopped working
Maybe it's a one-off but it stopped working very shortly after I received it and I had to return it. Casio used to be a good brand.

Great watch!
I like how thin & lightweight it is. The blue numbers makes the watch more appealing!!

Just what I wanted
I am an invalid and spend a lot of time watching tv in the dark, so I wanted a watch I could read in the dark. It isnt very bright but enough to be able to read it and it is also large enough to read easily. It is not beautiful but is good looking enough to wear when going out. It is just what I needed and I am satisfied with it.

Super soft, runs small, long tail
High quality, super soft, good neck height, nice price, ready to go right out of the dryer, medium thick material, works well under a sport coat or sweat shirt, snug fit--runs about one size small. Length is about four inches too long. So, ideally made for tall and skinny people (I am short and thick), but going one size up works fine for me except have to tuck it in due to the length.
