Gorilla Mind | GM Gorilla EAAS | 30 Servings4g Leucine. Full 9 EAA Spectrum. Transparent 12g Formula. Gorilla Mode EAAs is a simple, fully open label essential amino acid mix. Its main goal? Give you all 9 EAAs in solid amounts so your body gets the signal and the stuff to build muscle protein. That's key. BCAAs can signal with leucine, but without the other essentials, you don't have everything to keep building muscle. This one fixes that with a full 12g EAA setup, anchored by 4,000mg leucine.

4g Leucine. Full 9-EAA Spectrum. Transparent 12g Formula.

Gorilla Mode EAAs is a simple, fully open-label essential amino acid mix.

Leucine is the star, and 4g is a hefty dose. Studies show 2.5-5g leucine flips on mTOR—that's the pathway that starts muscle building and repair. Basically, leucine tells your body 'let's fix and grow.' At 4g, it's right where the research says it should be, not just a tiny bit for show.

The other BCAAs round it out: 2,000mg isoleucine and 2,000mg valine. Isoleucine helps with muscle repair and pulls glucose into muscles without needing insulin. That keeps energy up during long workouts. Valine aids muscle work and fights central fatigue by blocking tryptophan from crossing into the brain, which can cut down on that tired feeling. Both are at or above what studies often use, so the BCAA part really pulls its weight.

Past the BCAAs, you get the other six essentials that make this complete. Lysine at 1,000mg and threonine at 1,000mg are in good ranges. They help with overall protein building and structural stuff.

GM Gorilla EAAS by Gorilla Mind contains 4000mg L-Leucine, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 12,000mg total essential amino acids per scoop—that's a big, complete EAA hit, not just BCAAs with extras. It counts because muscle building needs all essentials available, not only leucine to start things off.
  • 4,000mg L-Leucine—the main trigger for growth, right in the 2.5-5g range from studies. Leucine kicks off mTOR, the signal that gets muscle protein synthesis rolling after workouts.
  • 2,000mg L-Isoleucine—a solid dose at the high end of what research uses. Besides being a BCAA, it helps pull glucose into muscles, keeping you fueled for tougher, longer sessions.
  • 2,000mg L-Valine—above the usual 1,000-1,500mg from studies, building a strong BCAA base. Valine supports muscle work and cuts central fatigue by competing with tryptophan at the brain barrier.
  • 1,000mg L-Lysine—a full gram of this key essential, often overlooked in sports supps. Lysine is needed for protein building and helps with tissue support and making carnitine.
  • 1,000mg L-Threonine—another full gram for protein synthesis. Threonine also aids gut lining and proteins like collagen and elastin, so it's not just filler.
  • 650mg L-Phenylalanine—a good amount in the typical supp range. Phenylalanine leads to tyrosine and brain chemicals, linking it to building tissue and neurotransmitter stuff.
  • 600mg L-Histidine—a bit below standalone study doses, but it helps complete the EAA set. Histidine makes histamine and carnosine, focusing on full muscle support here, not solo effects.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in heavy hypertrophy blocks wanting full aminos over basic BCAAs. 4g leucine hits the mTOR sweet spot, and the other 8 EAAs provide the real building blocks for long sessions and meal gaps.
  • Lifters training fasted mornings who skip heavy food pre-gym. 12g full EAAs deliver quick fuel, with leucine, isoleucine, and valine boosting output while the rest fix BCAA limits.
  • Athletes on cuts protecting muscle when meals get tricky. Dieting needs regular growth signals, and this bridges protein feeds without stims or heaviness.
  • Combat or field sport folks needing light pre-practice fuel. EAAs absorb fast, no stims, and the complete profile beats flavored BCAAs for recovery and muscle hold.
  • Endurance types in long hauls where fatigue and breakdown hit. Valine fights brain tiredness, isoleucine aids muscle energy, and full EAAs give more than partial signals.
  • Lifters with strong pre-workouts wanting add-on aminos without extra stims. This boosts recovery without touching sleep, heart rate, or caffeine buildup.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 12-20 ounces cold water for your ideal flavor strength. Drink 15-30 minutes pre-workout for aminos ready to go, or sip during for ongoing support. Best when your last meal was hours ago—it's a quick amino source, not a full protein swap. No half-scoop start needed since it's stim-free, but try it if you want lighter flavor or a meal bridge. Shaker beats stirring, cold water tastes better. Fine with meals, but shines alone for fast uptake. Stacks well with creatine, electrolytes, carbs, or stim pre-workouts. No cycling—EAAs are essentials. Keep it sealed, cool, and dry for best texture and taste.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: You get a tasty amino drink, no stim kick since it's about fuel, not buzz. Minutes 10-30: Aminos hit your system, perfect pre- or intra when you haven't eaten. Minutes 30-90: Feels like steady support in long workouts, better than incomplete BCAAs. Days 1-7: Builds consistency, especially for fasted days, cuts, or meal skips. Weeks 2-4: You notice better overall recovery and training quality from steady amino hits, not a big instant feel like caffeine.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much total EAAs does Gorilla Mode EAAS provide per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 12,000mg total essential amino acids. That includes all 9 EAAs, with 4,000mg leucine, 2,000mg isoleucine, and 2,000mg valine forming the core of the formula.

Why is Gorilla Mode EAAS better than a standard BCAA product?

BCAAs only provide three amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Gorilla Mode EAAS includes all 9 essential amino acids, which matters because leucine can trigger muscle protein synthesis, but the body still needs the other essential amino acids available to actually build new muscle protein.

Is 4g of leucine a strong dose?

Yes. The common clinically supported range for leucine is roughly 2.5-5g, and Gorilla Mode EAAS provides 4g per serving. That places it firmly in the range associated with meaningful mTOR activation and anabolic signaling.

Does Gorilla Mode EAAS contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Despite a metadata mismatch in the source feed, the actual formula is stim-free and contains only essential amino acids plus flavoring and standard inactive ingredients. It is designed to stack cleanly with caffeinated pre-workouts or to be used on its own without stimulant exposure.

When should I take Gorilla Mode EAAS?

The best use cases are 15-30 minutes before training or sipped during training, especially if you have not had a protein-rich meal in the last few hours. It is also useful between meals when you want amino acid support without a full shake or meal.

Can I stack Gorilla Mode EAAS with creatine?

Absolutely. Creatine and EAAs do different jobs: creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and high-intensity output, while EAAs support muscle protein synthesis and recovery substrate availability. They complement each other well in a pre-, intra-, or post-workout stack.

Can I use Gorilla Mode EAAS while cutting?

Yes, this is one of the better contexts for it. During calorie deficits, preserving lean mass becomes more important, and a complete EAA formula can help support muscle protein synthesis when appetite is down, meal timing is imperfect, or a full protein serving feels too heavy.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. Every essential amino acid is listed with its exact dose, and there is no proprietary blend. That is a meaningful advantage in the EAA category, where many products disclose only total grams or hide individual ratios.

What makes the non-BCAA amino acids important here?

Lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, histidine, tryptophan, and methionine complete the amino acid profile your body cannot synthesize on its own. Their presence is what turns this from a partial signaling product into a complete essential amino acid formula.

Is Gorilla Mode EAAS a replacement for daily protein intake?

No. This is a targeted amino acid supplement, not a full replacement for hitting total daily protein needs from food and/or protein powder. It works best as a strategic bridge around training or between meals when convenience, digestion, or timing make a full protein feeding less practical.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
