Ylang Ylang is de zoetste onder de essentiële oliën. De canangaboom die oorspronkelijk in Indonesië en op de Filippijnen groeit, heeft intrigerende groengele bloemen die een bedwelmende geur prijsgeven. Warm, zoet en bloemig kan men de geur noemen. Heerlijk als onderdeel van een (huid)parfum. Op de huid (verwerkt in een basisolie) balanceert Ylang Ylang het sebumgehalte en is deze olie in te zetten bij een droge huid, vette huid en bij puistjes. Echter, de grootste invloed heeft ylang-ylang op de psyche: het ontspant en kalmeert nervositeit.

Gebruiken in geurlampje of aromabrander of gebruik in samenstelling voor cosmetica producten.
Waarschuwingen
Buiten bereik van kinderen houden. Kan dodelijk zijn als de stof bij inslikken in de luchtwegen terechtkomt. Veroorzaakt huidirritatie. Kan een allergische huidreactie veroorzaken. Veroorzaakt ernstige oogirritatie. Kan mogelijk de vruchtbaarheid of het ongeboren kind schaden. Schadelijk voor in het water levende organismen, met langdurige gevolgen. Voorkom lozing in het milieu. NA INSLIKKEN: onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM of een arts raadplegen. BIJ CONTACT MET DE OGEN: voorzichtig afspoelen met water gedurende een aantal minuten; contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk; blijven spoelen. NA (mogelijke) blootstelling: een arts raadplegen.

Totally Unacceptable

I purchased this at $129.81 for a new book this book appears to be used & it’s obviously damaged. This is not what I spend my money on. I need this book for class. This is unacceptable on so many levels.

Comprehensive book. Great study tool for students or nurses entering Maternal Child specialties.

Excellent read. Using for review before taking on a new role in Maternal Child Nursing. Comprehensive. Great tables, images, and key concepts and skills check questions are included for each chapter. My book spine is wearing out but I've read more than 1/3 the book and been toting around in a bag and has had heavy use for at least a month.

Falling apart and HIGHLY repetitive

I'm a nursing student. My entire class has this book. Nearly ALL of our books are falling apart. The cover completely ripping off as well as the binding. And the repetitiveness of this book is insane. PLEASE fix these issues. This book is too expensive to be falling apart like this.
