Door de bijgevoegde gewichthoorns kan je gemakkelijk je halterschijven (apart verkrijgbaar) opslaan.

De  verschillende stations zorgen ervoor dat je super veel verschillende oefeningen kan uitvoeren. Deadlifts, squats, shrugs, pull downs, biceps curls zijn zijn zeer belangrijke oefeningen om een goede algemene kracht op te bouwen en met dit toestel kan je ze allemaal.

Door de bijgevoegde gewichthoorns kan je gemakkelijk je halterschijven (apart verkrijgbaar) opslaan. En met de toevoeging van de GFID Flat Incline Decline bankje heb je een volledigere multi-gym waarbij je ook borstspieroefeningen kan doen.

Opmerking: de GLGSWH25 adapters geven je de mogelijkheid om ook met standaard (25 mm) halterschijven te trainen.

 

  • Lat Pulldown
    Train je rug-, arm- en schouderspieren met het Lat Pulldown station. De dijbeenkussens passen zich gemakkelijk aan je positie aan en bieden comfort en stabiliteit, terwijl de meegeleverde pulldown bar zorgt voor een correcte arm/pols positie over het hele bewegingsbereik.

  • Press/Squat Arm
    Bouw je borst en armen op met het Press station of til de arm op en je hebt het perfecte squat station om je core  en benen te trainen. Dit multifunctionele station heeft talrijke gebruiksmogelijkheden en kan een hele reeks verschillende bewegingen aan.

  • Lage Pulley
    Van staande biceps curls tot rechtopstaande rows, triceps extensies en meer, het lage pulley station biedt veelzijdigheid om een veelvoud aan bewegingen uit te voeren waarbij spieren over het hele lichaam worden aangesproken.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
