Il bouquet olfattivo è complesso e profondo, composto da decisi sentori di frutti di bosco maturi, subito seguiti da note terziarie di cioccolata, spezie e cannella. Ampio e armonioso il sorso, elegante nella trama tannica, lungo e ricco nella persistenza.Un colore nobile, elegante e profondo, poi profumi espressivi e finemente complessi, e infine gusti concentrati e armonici: il Cabernet Franc Atlante, di Paolo e Noemia dAmico, è un rosso coinvolgente e intenso, in cui il nerbo vegetale del varietale è stato sapientemente lavorato, e altrettanto sapientemente impreziosito con i dolci e ricercati sentori terziari, derivati dai 15 mesi di riposo, trascorsi tra barrique e legno grande. Il tutto si traduce in un sorso di ampia portata, che vi farà sembrare quasi di masticare more e mirtilli, e vi farà pensare di avere in bocca un piccolo pezzo di cioccolato fondente. Un rosso carnoso, in grado di accompagnare le preparazioni strutturate e i formaggi stagionati. Anche lUmbria, se parliamo di vino, ha qualcosa da dire: &e che dire!
Da abbinare alle seconde portate a base di carne, è ottimo per accompagnare il cosciotto di capretto al forno con le erbette aromatiche.

Digital textbook code already redeemed

This book arrived unwrapped. Inside the textbook there was a return packing slip from Aug 2024 that someone forgot to remove. Unsurprisingly, upon checking I realized that someone already redeemed the digital textbook code that accompanies the book.
I was sent an opened textbook that someone purchased and stole the digital code before returning.

Buyers Beware! New Doesn't Mean New :/

Buyers beware: despite this being labeled as NEW on the product description, I soon discovered that the e-Book code had already been redeemed. Not only is this incredibly frustrating for academic reasons (i.e., the need to use the e-Book to take mandatory quizzes assigned by my professor), but it is also just so annoying to deal with when the book was already a very costly purchase.
