Need to go farther? This replacement tank holds 40 gallons versus the OEM capacity of 24 gallons. This tank uses the OE sending unit and is a direct replacement with almost double the fuel capacity. These tanks are constructed of 1/4" thick crosslink polyethylene, and they are built to last! The tank occupies the space forward (13.1 inches) and rearward (3.3 inches) of the original tank.
Your fuel gauge works as normal. The gauge will stay on full for the first 5-7 gallons, but then continue to move as normal. The distance to empty however will still be calculated based on the stock fuel capacity. For example, with 20mpg and a full tank (40 gallons), you will have 800 miles to empty but your vehicle will show you have 480 miles to empty.

Installation
Notes
- Fits 170" Crew Vans, Sanctuary, Tranquility, Entegra Launch, Jayco Terrain, 2020+ Revels with AGM and Lithium batteries and any builds that have plumbing or interference behind the original fuel tank.
- Do you have an Auxiliary Fuel Tank? Read why using these with S&B tanks will void the Lifetime Warranty.
- Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap). All 2020+ Revels should have been built with this option but please confirm.
- When using the auxiliary fuel tap on stock tanks, tap stops pulling fuel around 1/4 tank. With the S&B Tank, it will stop pulling fuel around 1/3-1/2 tank.
Warranty
Diesel Fuel Tanks
S&B replacement fuel tanks have a lifetime limited warranty for the original purchaser. If there is a problem with an S&B tank related to defect, materials or workmanship, S&B will replace it. All terms of the S&B Million Mile Limited Warranty also apply to S&B fuel tanks. Damage to an S&B fuel tank resulting from improper installation or use will not be covered by this warranty.
