The Bakers Pride 451 Convection Flo Series natural gas single deck oven is designed for high volume pizza and all-purpose operations.

For a cooler outer temperature and consistent interior temperature, this pizza deck oven features a fully insulated, heavy gauge, type 403 stainless steel exterior and a high-heat resistant, 16-gauge aluminized steel interior with a hearth stone deck. Its spring-balanced doors are also fully insulated with easy-to-grip tubular steel handles.

Each single deck pizza oven features a 300-650 degree Fahrenheit thermostat with independent, operator-controlled top and bottom heat controls.

The Bakers Pride 451 Convection Flo Series gas deck oven is designed with a combination gas control that incorporates a manual gas valve, pilot safety and pressure regulator. Its easily removable, slide-out, heavy-duty flame diverters distribute the burner flame uniformly in the burner chamber.

We ship Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm eastern standard time. Once payment is received your item will usually ship the same day if going by UPS Ground. Freight Items will ship 1-2 business days of receiving payment to allow crating and packing. ALL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS SOLD WILL HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED THERE IS A 20% RESTOCK ON ALL ITEMS AND BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK. IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
